Closed nostril !! Freaking out

Hi y'all
Me yet again

Well when I took kien out of the bath this evening I noticed on of his nostrils is closed and then will slightly open the. Close again but the other one is open like normal. What is this about ugh!?!

He's got a piece of shed coming outta his little nose. He will probably scratch it off here soon

He shed a week or so ago and I don't remember seeing that side come off so def makes sense.
