Cleaning Wood Furniture

hey, I was wondering what to do when my beardie poops on his wood furniture. Do I wait til it dries up and then grab it? or do i bake it in 300f for 45mins in the oven?(if so, how often? every weekend?) Do i buy a steam cleaner and steam it? (sorry i'm still new to this beardie world, lol, but glad to be a part of :mrgreen: )

I would wash it with soap and water in the sink,rinse it well,and then bake it in the oven at about 250f for 45 minutes

I have been washing with warm soapy water, rinsing then spraying with Nolvasan. It is a cleaner that is used to disinfect and sanitize vet's offices. I got a 1 quart bottle at Tractor Supply (farm supply store) for about 20 bucks and you mix three ounces to a gallon of water. It smells nice too here is the link telling all about it.

I know its hard when they are a baby and poop so much, but I would sterilize the wood every time it gets pooped on.

I use something like that too,but mine is called chlorhexidine.You are right..it smells really great
