Cleaning Phoenix worms (not the dirt)

I have about 500 Phoenix worms that I feed the hard parts/uneaten parts of collard greens to. And since I have a hatchling there’s a lot of uneaten collard greens. I’m just wondering if I should clean out the container that the Phoenix worms are in since it gets kinda nasty after they are done eating, leaving behind this blackish residue. Is this a health concern for my beardie?

I'd probably clean it up regularly. You don't want it to start molding or have a buildup of bacteria.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
