cleaning out side of a fish tank

I have a 90 gallon fish tank that i want to clean up for my beardie and i was wondering if i could use a glass cleaner for the outside. If there is something else that you could suggest would be better that would be appreciated too. I have tried too find a lot of the cleaners and disinfectinants that have been mentioned on here but its hard to find them here in b.c

just let it air out for a day or two and you can use just about anything in the world...

what is a good cleaner to clean the inside of the tank

clorox and white rinse well/followed by a steamer is what i use
