Cleaner for viv

I bought a new all natural, all purpose cleaner. It has lemon, lime and eucalyptus essential oils in it, diluted of course. It is animal safe, but I wondered if anyone can tell me if those oils are safe around my bearded dragon Falcor. If so, I would like to clean his viv with it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm not sure about the eucalyptus oil. I haven't found info on it specifically after a quick search so I'm not sure if it's harmful to them or not. I prefer to clean the tank with just 50/50 vinegar and water which works pretty well and is also a natural cleaner. Then I use F10 veterinary disinfectant to disinfect areas as needed.
