cleaner beetles question

So I'm pretty sure I have cleaner beetle larvae that hitched a ride with my superworm shipment. Does anyone use these in their Dubia bins? I just downsized my dubias so I won't really need them. I just found a colony is too much for one beardie that is mostly done growing. I also don't live in an area that I want to meet up with strangers to buy them. Should I throw them in there anyway or will they just escape and fly around when they become beetles? I don't know much about them obviously. I can post a photo later but they look just like the larvae in website pictures.

I have a few superworm beetles roaming around in my colony. They don't seem to have much impact either away from what I can tell but they're finding enough food to keep going. I don't think having them in there will cause a problem.

They actually aren't superworm beetles. They are the larvae of cleaner beetles.

make sure you can positively identify the species of insect you have, if they turn out to be taxidermy beetles and they are not provided enough protein to sustain themselves they could begin predation.

Thank you! This is why I asked. Most of my dubia are young and not likely to die off any time soon. I gave the adults away. Any recommendations of identification sites?

The cleaner beetles put in with crix + supers are the dermestid beetle. As beetles, they can fly but don't usually do so....but the potential is there. You wouldn't want them loose in your house, but I've had them in cricket orders for the past 20 years and never seen an infestation or had a problem any other way.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
