chia seeds?

Anyone know if chia seeds are something a beardie would express interest in/be able to digest/ get nutrition from? I didn't see them addressed at all on the nutrition website. I happen to have a ton for me/my hermit crabs, and i figured I'd ask because it wouldn't be a problem to throw them in with greens, if they could be beneficial.

similarly, if I sprouted them, any benefit to the greens?

Aren't chia seeds those black seeds which expand in liquid? If so then can't imagine it would be good for a dragon. If not on the many lists/charts of suitable food I would avoid it.

I don't know much about them other than they are suppose to be healthy for humans. If they are fed whole I don't even know if they would digest...they may pass straight through. But I feed my roaches food that has flax seeds in it...I just shove everything through my grain mill and powder it. I'm sure it would work on chia seeds....but I haven't researched them to even know if they are healthy for a dragon.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
