I am planning on getting a CHE for Beaux's tank and I need to know what wattage should I get. I made her a 60.5 gallon (roughly) tank that is 46"x19.5"x19" ( I know weird dimensions). The lighting is a 100w Powersun on the hot side with a regular floodlight bulb on the cool side. I plan on taking the powersun out and replacing it with 24" Reptisun 10.0. I plan on putting the CHE in when I get the Reptisun, so here is what will be the future setup: 24" Reptisun 10.0, Basking bulb on hot side, CHE on cool side pointing to hot side. What I need to know is what wattage should I get for adequate temperatures? Also, if the position of the CHE is okay?

CHEs get really hot, so get either a 60 watt or a 100 watt. It's probably best ot get the 100 watt and get a dimmer, so you can adjust the temps as needed. :) The positions sound fine.

I use a 60w with a red 60w bulb on really cool nights and it keeps my 4x2x2 at 80 at night :)

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
