CHE and Basking light fixtures

Hi I'm looking to have a lighting fixture that swivels the basking light and CHE in my viv. I would like it mounted inside as well. I see some people have built that feature into their beardies home. However, I don't know what correct socket/splitter I need that will not break from the heat of either the basking bulb or the CHE. I found something at Home Depot but I don't know if this is the correct wattage/size for the specific bulbs.

If anyone could send me links of what they use or what will work for the heat, it would be much appriciated! Thanks a lot!

I used these. Cheap, easy to wire and install, work well. They have a ceramic socket inside the metal sleeve, and can work with bulbs up to 150w. The kit I linked is nice as it comes with the wiring box...otherwise you'll need to get one if you buy a fixture separately. You can wire up the sockets independently from one another, which is a nice plus.

So the fixtures on the sides are safe for a CHE? That is really all I'm concerned about. My greatest fear is waking up and seeing shattered glass on the inside of my dragons cage, that goes for the fluorescent tubes as well I'm afraid A) they'll shatter or B) my beardie will try to climb on it and burn himself.

Its all about the wattage. If the CHE is less then 150w, then those fixtures will work fine. If the fixtures are white on a white ceiling, chances are your beardy won't even know they are up there. But it doesn't hurt to keep them nice and high off the floor of the vivarium, because they do get hot, and even an incidental contact would result in a burn...but that goes for virtually any fixture with 100w+ running through it.
As for the fluorescent tubes, they don't get all that hot...so there is little risk for burns. Once again though, keep the fluorescent lights some distance away from the dragon...for Reptisun 10.0 tubes, that's roughly 6-8".

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
