Changing to Phoenix

So I am looking to switch to Phoenix Worms for my 5 month old Beardie. He just got pinworms and I'm not sure how. Maybe a bad batch of crickets. Whatever. Phoenix don't smell and they just seem easier to work with. I know I would no longer have to dust them, except for the multivites two times a week. I have two main questions about this.

About how many a day should be fed? Is it the same concept as crix, or should it be a bit less?

What about D3? I always used RepCal calcium/D3, but since I won't be dusting with that, how should I go about getting him the D3??

As always, thanks.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
