Changing Amount of Feedings for Adult Beardies?

This is a dumb question, I'm sure, but my Beardie is just over 2 years old. Her appetite is slowing down a bit as she ages, but is still to a point where it's healthy. My question is though, should I cut down the amount of times I offer her food? I usually leave her a bowl of greens and offer her insects twice a day. I know they don't need as many insects when they're older, but I still like offering them to her even if she doesn't eat them. Should I keep this up or cut down on amount of feedings?

I ask this because my fiance's mom who was caring for her this weekend claims I only need to offer her greens once every other day and bugs every other day and that didn't sound right to me? So curiously I looked some stuff up and keep reading mixed information on how often I should try to feed an adult Beardie. I trust you guys more than random websites, so here I am!

Again, sorry if this is a dumb question. D:

It's not a dumb question at all. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. As they get older they slow down as you mentioned. At 2, she is an adult and can be on an adult's feeding schedule. She should be primarily on salads (about 80% of her diet or so). I've read some zoo care guides saying adults can get salads every few days but I offer a nice big salad every day and let the dragon decide what she needs. With an adult, I'd offer bugs every 2-3 days once per day. Still keep with the all they want to eat in about a 10 minute window, it's just less frequent. Try to push the salads as a primary diet though because that will help to keep her at a healthy weight while still offering plenty of nutrients. What do you offer her in salads? I've had good luck with a staple green (collard, turnip, mustard, or dandelion green) combined with another veg or two such as squash (different kinds) and chopped up green beans, strawberry tops, maybe a bit of fruit on occasion. It just depends what I can get at the store at any given time. There are lots of good salad item ideas here http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutritionframeset.html

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
