Change UVB tube during brumation? Or Wait.

It is about time to change the fluorescent tube so I was thinking I could wait for Ember to finally wake up from her brumation. Would that be alright? Because is she is in her cave sleeping all day and not getting any benefit of the UVB.
This is our first brumation and I would like input on what others would do or have done.
