I recently bought the bulbs pictured to use as basking bulbs for our new beardie. I tried to do some searching on using CFL bulbs for basking, but wasn't able to find anything. I do know that the bulbs fit within the kelvin units that the care sheet recommends. Are these okay to use? Help!

I agree. You'll want a halogen flood light with a nice wide beam to provide adequate basking temps across a nice wide area. A PAR38 or BR40 should work nicely but you'll need to play around with wattages to get the temps just right.

Can I use the CFL with a CHE pointed at the same spot? I've got a 100W CHE to use.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
