Catch Colds?!

This might be a dumb question, but I'm going to ask it anyway. Can bearded dragons catch a cold? I'm sick, so I haven't been interacting with my beardies out of fear of passing anything on to them. I'm new to beardies, am I being completely paranoid :dontknow:
