Find turtle rescue of Long Island. there is alot of info on there about turtles and tortoises. Yahoo groups have some great tort lists also I have redfoots and russians, hard to house a huge tort in Iowa during the winter :D

Also, check http://www.sulcata-station.org , they are a great resource. Remember, they are supposed to eat grass hay, such as Timothy hay. Many people feed them salad and veggies like a beardie would eat. This is not good for them, will make them grow too quickly and can lead to health problems. Read as much as you can about them. They are a really cool animal.

May I ask how big your sulcata is and how big of tank you are using? The sulcata station as stated above is the best place to learn about you soon-to-be-huge tortoise. Be prepared!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
