cant be Burmation in April!!!

My male dragon came out of burmation for about 2 months, and at the beginning of this month(April) he decided to start again hiding and sleeping. We still gave him food and water and a bath weekly like we did for his burmation time. He will bask for the day then go in his hide and stay there. I changed his cage the other day he then basked again and flared his beard up. I noticed his reflection and put paper towels up till I get a background. That calmed him down but now he's back hiding and sleeping.

Cage- 4'X2'X2' (l,w,h)
Lights- 100W basking bulb, 24" reptisun 10.0 T8
Temp- 85 to 90 on hot side,75-80 on cool side
Substrate- he has crushed walnut(been on this type of sub for his whole life. I haven't came across and imp action issues yet) I have tile I bought today going to cut it and put it soon.
Supplements- all exo terra brand (calcium with every feeding,d3 and multi vit twice a month) I have rep-cal brandd supplements on order for my veiled Cham which will be good for my dragon too zero phosphorus.
Feeders-crickets,super worms,horn worms as treat, and butter worms on occasion he gets his veggies too which old recipe was lettuce carrot kale. I now bought collard greens mustard greens and will be replacing lettuce with these.
Fecal- last was two days ago when he was in the bath tub 3 brown poops at once and white urate Whuch all seemes good to me.

All limbs look good no signs of mbd just noticed tho as I was changing the uv light that it was a reptiglo 10.0 20watt 24" tube I never noticed because it was in a reptisun 10.0 24" box Wich I normally use with the fixture from zoomed 24" 17watt hood.

Hi there....it might help if you increase the basking temp. to about 100. Ninety is a bit low for some dragons. How close is the UVB bulb to him, and can you post a pic of his set up as well as a full body shot of him ? He's probably just going through a phase though....some beardies do.

Hi thanks for the reply. Sorry I forgot to mention his basking perch is 105
His uvb is 8" from his head and about 12" from his lower body.

O.K., that's better....and no higher than that [ lower by 5 degrees might be better ] for an adult. Doid he go hiding again right after you changed his tank around ? That can sometimes cause hiding, but then again it might be just a phase he's going through. You might take him out to run around for half an hour a day just to rev his engines.

Ok I'll lower it by 5 and he was hiding even before I changed it around. Thanks allot and I'll get him running around in one of my empty rooms for sure
