This is very bad news - they have the potential to decimate eastern water skinks and eastern water dragons (who will eat the tadpoles) , skinks like bluetongues who will eat smaller toads , and lace monitors who will eat the adult toads , as well as predatory birds (kookaburras) , pythons and snakes who will eat the toads.
Also bad news for people allow their cats to roam, and for dogs who might encounter toads who enter their yard.
