I've been to the Beautiful Dragons nutrition list and it's GREAT! My biggest problem is I can't find very many of the daily staple greens here in Manitoba. I've been to every store in my town and can't find them. Been to Winnipeg (bigger city) and can't find collard greens. The best I've found is baby bok choy and escarole. My question is simple. What are people in Canada using for their staple greens and where do you buy them? Thanks.

I'm in Canada, although almost as far south in Canada as your can get I can find collard greens in about half of the stores around here, then dandelions and endive are also relatively easy for me to fine (i.e. I can usually find at least one of those three, often two). Otherwise I occasionally use kale or a bit of romaine lettuce (not as a staple, but it works as a filler once in a while). If you can't find any of the staples, then your next best bet would be to rotate through a variety of "occassional" greens. The stores I use around here are Zehrs/Real Canadian Superstore, and some of the produce places (Elias and Joseph's are the two ones in this city).
