Our gal is in our home office and when her lights go out she quickly falls asleep.
Sometimes we're in there on the computer and she still sleeps.
I do put her in one of my t shirts, but nothing will wake her up. Maybe have her sleep in a little blanket and have the opening so she can't see it.
I'm new at this as well.

We put towel clipped to her tank like curtains and she goes to sleep.
when I get up I turn the tv on and when she wakes up we take them down.
They are like kids if you make noise when they sleep , when they grow up they can sleep throgh anything,
so train them young

TV doesn't seem to bother mine. Louie is used to lots of noise being in our family room. Between the kids, the tv, music, etc....nothing keeps her awake when she wants to sleep!

Baby Mickey doesn't seem to mind either. He sleeps so soundly he doesn't even realize when he falls off the log! Silly boy!

Once my 7 week old is asleep, which takes about a minute there is no way you can wake her up.
A marching band won't wake up my gal.

My beardie is in the kitchen where my laptop is. He won't wake up with the laptop's light but if i turn on the overhead, he wakes up and gives me the stare :) He will fall back to sleep though and i help that out by draping a towel over his side of the enclosure so he gets more darkness. Make sure your light hoods are cool before you drape anything over them, in case they touch...wouldnt want to start a fire!

They love the Canadian show," Dragon's Den",a group of highly rich people assessing an individual hoping to launch a product. Great funny show. The panel are the Dragons!

Our girls seem to sleep better if they hear noise coming from the living room, they know we are home that way. They usually get testy if we keep them in our bed (we move them to their vivs when we go to bed) and don't let them stay on our shoulder while watching tv. It does help to put a towel or one of their t-shirts or something over their heads so they can sleep.

I actually have my BD Viv in my loft area which is also my game room and while I am gaming late with surround sound he doesnt seem bothered at all actually. Once his lights are off he does not get up unless the bright hall or stair lights are on. So should be fine, I am getting used to posting. This site is so very helpful.

My beardie doesn't seem to mind the TV at all, i just made sure that all of his hides block the direction of the TV just in case.

I doubt it, one night I passed out of a fever and I woke up 3.00 AM, her light still on. She was passed out, she was so used to her sleeping schedule that not even her viv light ON stopped her from sleeping. I turned it off, she woke up, looked at me, passed out again in 5 minutes. Other than that, not much is wakening her up at all. I doubt you have to worry.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
