Can someone please help me with TEMPS!!!!????

Hello everyone,
I get different opinions on temps from books so I'm in the dark pretty much. Got 1 male, about 1 years old in a 75 gallon, His brother who is the same age is in a 55 gallon, and my two females (a couple months old) is in a 40 long. On the hot side of all of my tanks all vary from 80-90degrees. I know that's too low. What should the temps be????? I really want to get this corrected!!!

Oh by the way I forgot to mention that I have undertank heaters in all the tanks. 100 watt basking bulbs in the 40 and 55 gallon, and a 150 basking like in the 75. UVB fixtures in all as wel. Do you think ceramic heat edmitters would do the trick????
