Can shedding lead to lost of appetite?

ok I had Cloe for a month today And she as healthy as ever she been eating right
here is a record of how mutch shes been eating the past 6 day.
Dec.1)-- 11crickets
Dec.2)-- 3 crickets (i fed her late...9 pm .that day due to my college finals I was out the entire day and i know that was bad call on my part to not feed her in the morning and she pooped that day too )
Dec.3)-- 12 crickets
Dec.4)-- 14 crickets(pooped)
Dec.5)-- 8 crickets(pooped)
Dec.6)-- 4 crickets
She live in her royal suite of 40 galons her temp is 90-95 on the cool side her basking is 107-110
she has repticarpet as a subtrate I dont know how old she is but she is 7 ''1/2 inches andshe seems to be well aletr and enjoys going outside for her daily exercersise
yesterday my baby girl started shedding and I notice a how her feeding went down alittle so now with my question
can shedding cause a change in appetite Cloe?
I used to have a snake before and I know they are diferent animals but my snake would loose her apetite when she was about to shed I was wondering if this is the same for beardies.

Yes, shedding can affect their appetite. I did notice that your cool side is a bit high. lows 80s are better. Also, what UVB are you using? Do you give baths. I'm a college student as well, so I understand that sometimes their feeding schedules get a bit messed up, it's not a big deal. I just try to be sure I leave fresh veggies when I'm gone all day.

ok Il lower the coolside i did not know if 80 was good so i cranked it up alil.... but at night it goes down to 77

anyway im using reptisun
and yes i do give her bath regularly
she had a bath on november 30,decembe3 and 4

Is the reptisun a 10.0? Is it a tube or a compact? Last question, how close can she get to it?

10 uvb ,its the tube a guy on this same site gaved me a link to buy it cheap and she is 6 inches to 7 inches away i heard to close could damage her eyes and wel that my favorite feature of her besided her color and temper

Yup, that's right. You want it 6 to 8 inches, so that's perfect. Everything sounds great, so it's most likely just shed. If it were to continue, you would want to take a fecal sample to the vet and have it checked, but I really think it's just shed. I just like to rule out other possibilities so nothing gets overlooked
