Can I use this custom gut load for my dubia and supers?

I don't use it in my dubia colony, but don't see why it wouldn't. The herbs don't have anything (that I know of) that would be a problem for them, and they will mostly be eating the other ingredients, the herbs would be just a small amount of the chow.

Right now I'm using alfalfa pellets for my roaches with water crystals and whatever leftover veggies my BD leaves. Its cheap so it works for me.

I also read somewhere that some guy tested a colony for a couple months with dog/cat food and water crystals and another with alfalfa pellets and veggies and the latter was thriving and having way less deaths than the one with dog/cat food. If I find it I'll post it.
