Can I feed the wax worm moths to my dragon?

I was wondering before they die can I feed the wax worm moths to my bearded dragon? With tongs or by hand of course....I don't expect her to catch them....though she does enjoy a good chase Also does anyone know if I can use cardboard egg crates for the worms to cocoon their little selfs up in/on?

hmmm... idk I don't think it would be a good idea bc of the width of their eyes rule but idk ive never seen a wax worm or a wax worm moth xD

Yes they are fine to feed.
Also I think wax paper is reccomended? That may just be for the egg laying though.
