Can bird noises effect my beardies sleep?

My dragon use to sleep until about 30-60 min after his lights came on. Starting this spring I noticed he doesnt quite seem himself somehow. His eating habits changed (he use to gobble down greens but will now only eat blueberries and bugs, despite me offering him so many options) and he seems a bit out of it at times. I usually sleep later due to working nights so I didnt notice until recently but he has been waking up a couple of hours before his lights go on. We moved this winter and our new neighbors have a bird nest thing thats right outside the window the tank is against. Do you think the birds chirping could effect his sleep schedule? Poor little guy
