can a baby eat reptiworms after they have shed

Some advice would be great we have noticed our calci grubs also known as repti worms and pheonix worms are sheeding their white creamy skin, and then are a dark brown and seem a bit of a harder shell....is it ok to feed this to our baby beardie yoshi

Yes.. they are actually higher in calcium once they turn black.. and you can even feed them after they have turned into flies.
