Cafe press still have not shipped my calendar

I ordered on the 3rd has still not even shipped and its the 10th. I am concerned there delaying like this is going to make the calendar arrive late into January. I mean for a calendar that is not good I thought ordering on the 3rd would give them enough time but it has taken then 8 days to do nothing.

They have not shipped the order or gave me any indication that it is being shipped. What should I do here? I am starting to think they delayed it already too much for me to get it on time.

I'll check on the order tomorrow. They usually don't hold up, and even post dates by which they guarantee delivery before the holidays. You can probably also contact them to ask what is holding up the order (they might be more helping to you, being your order). There should still be plenty of time to get it even before Christmas. Most people said that it gets to them within a week.

The problem is it has to get across the boarder. They said in the email that it will arrive on the 24th but am starting to have my doubts. I tried to check the status of my order and there site is saying the system for checking orders has been deleted or has been moved and that I cannot access it at this time. I may have to email them an ask what is going on.

Ordered by "Adam"? It shows the order as "completed", which usually means it has shipped. It shows that happened on the 3rd also. I don't get any more visibility into orders other than that. Order number 95872455 ?

Oh so the issue is simply the email saying it has been shipped just never goes out? 95872455 is the order number I copied and pasted that from my order confirmation email. So it must be that there shipping notice thing is broken. I was worried since I am used to seeing those especially when it says one will be sent.

Then it seems all good just a bit worried since I have learned with these things to ask before you have an issue. Since I did not want to contact cafe press on the 24th and ask where the calendar order is and they say "what order"

Incase anyone asks yes that has happened to me with internet orders before where some kind of mix up happened.

If you still haven't seen anything, I suggest following up with their customer service. Another Canadian mentioned similar problems. If CafePress did make a mistake, they may be willing to ship express to ensure you get it by the original ETA.

Stuff takes a loooong time to get to Canada. I ordered my calendar on the 1st or 2nd and it hasn't arrived yet, although it was shipped almost immediately. I've had this happen with Cafe Press before... generally if I'm patient, stuff turns up.

Apparently it did according to there website ship on the 3rd I am still going to email them to be sure. Also normally I am patient about things but a calanedar well you dont want it going a good portion into the first month before you even get the calendar. Anything else I give it 2 months before I contact the place and say where is my order. Well unless there is time constraints such as calendars and when I needed new lizard cages for a move I did 3 years ago. Anything else I wait I recently just had a package arrive for a game I ordered a month and half ago I forgot about.

But from what I ahve looked on the site I should get it soon. I just hope there is not a picture missing like the last 2 times lol. Of course it was really minor since I was those 2 times able to use the calendar missing a month till a new one was sent. They have been pretty good with most things except that bearded dragon clock I bought. They wanted me to ship the clock back it was not worth it for the price of it. But I bought other stuff with he clock so it was not too much of a loss. I did not order another once since I decided to make my own clock. I thought making a clock with a face that had a picture of my bearded dragon on it was more to my liking.

I bought one of those clocks with the nice wooden case and I have those kind of spinning pendulums on both sides and a small rocking pendulum in the center. A bit of a bonus is it had a place to put a picture in the center pendulum. Its a shame that clock I ordered broke but oh well cant complain when you figure the price of the clock.

Well I received my calendar and it came before 2010 so it worked out. Also I like how January is Zak and Wheezy.
