can someone pleases clear up a issue i have,some sites say do not feed beardies cabbage and only feed carrots occasionaly where others say carrots and cabbage every day not eating greens myself i baught him a bag of spring greens is this ok for him?

No cabbage and carrots only once a week. You can feed the spring greens but its probably not the best, try to find some collards, turnip greens or mustard greens.
