My kids are loving these pictures. You make some darn appetizing looking salads, ma'am! : ) I'm still working through the "what to feed them" issues. What is in little Bender's salad there?
Bender's salad is made of red, yellow, an normal swiss chard, collard greens, mustard greens, yellow squash, butternut squash, and stringless sweet peas.

BTW- Katherine wants to know if you have any animals other than the dragons and Beefy. DH and DS do not count. She also says- Lick ya' later!
hey, good to see everyone is awake and moving around. i had no idea how much smaller Z&W and Bender were compared to your other dragons. its neat seeing them all around the house, especially at the windows; it looks like they have a very enriched life .
well im off to try and post some updates myself. i need to get moving or my threads are going to start locking up... again  .
i really love the third pic of Zak n Wheezie
this may sound odd but which is Zak and which one is Wheezie?
the right one (their right) is looking all pleased with himself the left one has a kind of  oh get over yourslef kind of look
sorry if this seems worded oddly or if you've had to explain this lots before
it must be so nice to have beardies that actually go and eat the salad you make them instead of you having to feed them it,
i can count the number of times Wiggles has on my fingers and he's years old now
And some of those times its been crispy bad mummy its happened twice one time i forgot to take some out he'd been hiding for days went to check on him and there he was eating the crispy suff
the other time we'd gone away for a weekend and not been able to get anyone to come in to see him and it had gone a bit crisp
i'm begining to think he likes it crispy
he is a picky little man he used to like mangetout and brocholli but won't eat them now he has only once eaten a little bit of squash (going to try again) will generally eat some of his spring greens seems to like peppers (yellow his fav) and carrot
he once got at some watermelon ment for Yoshi and loved it i had to take it away he ate too much (lovely runny poo's bad mummy again)
Oh Barbara! I want to snatch up each and every one of your babies and give them a big beardie group hug!
Bender looks great! He really likes his salad, huh?
Wigglesworth Zak is the head on the right of their body and Wheezie the left .
So when looking head on at them it's Zak (left) Wheezie (right).
Jason this is why I call Bender my Mirco~Dragon......he's 5 months old.
Now just think PVT Blaze is only 3 months older than Bender and just look at that size difference
Though that's really not fair of me to use Blaze as a size comparison for he is a monster for his age.
Zak-n-Wheezie are just pudgy short bodied little guys, kind of like LG, but with even a shorter body I think.
Thanks Gina! Yes Bender is a little chow hound I'd think with as much as he eats he would have had better growth. He eats about 60+ roaches per day, a few other assorted buggies, and 2 salads. He is such a character for such a little guy. He will sit and stare at me when it is bath time like he is waiting....the little booger loves to swim....hates to get out......just like a kid. At night he will go to one particular spot of his viv where he can see the wood-burning stove and stare at Frank glass dancing until he gets his attention....call me crazy but I swear he is asking for dad to start the fire because he know it keeps him warm at night. Because as soon as the fire is lit he will go curl up and go to sleep after watching for a couple of minutes.
Silly beardies you'd think they would be affraid of fire...not any of mine.
Oh wow weeee Barbara i had no idea you had 9!! Lord they must keep you on your toes! And here ive been worring about taken care of 3! Boy Miss Piggy shes a big one! What type is she? Gah you must get a 100million questions all day long! ty for sharing your whole family!
Thanks Freeie! My beardies do keep me busy, but I love it!
Ms. Piggy I have know idea what type she is.
I've only had her for just over a year the vet says she's atleast 5.
She is a biggin'! At 696 grams. Very lazy beardie but very glad to have her own house and love.
She was one of my rescue girls, if you look at the back of her head you'll notice she has no spikes.
Poor girl someone seen her big belly and figured they'd make alot of money off her babies.
Problem was she was house with the male the entire time. Leaving her spikeless and scarred.
I took more pic's this morning but haven't had time to upload to photobucket yet. I've got a sick kid at home today......this is not my Friday routine.
At night he will go to one particular spot of his viv where he can see the wood-burning stove and stare at Frank glass dancing until he gets his attention
How do you do it?? I only have 3 and they keep me on my toes!
They are all beautiful. They look so healthy and well fed.. Immaculate condition.. I can see you give them the best care.
I really love Bender - he is beautiful!
