Just wanted to mention, I bought a 125w all in one and it was buzzing super loud, like competing with our 40 year old fridge loud. I had it in a zoo med deep dome that we had an 80 watt in for about a year. I tested it in a generic ceramic heat dome from the hardware store that we had for heating chickens, about half the price, I was thinking it was going to make the same noise and be a faulty bulb, but it was actually an issue with the dome. I had read that if ballested bulbs don't get enough electric that could cause the buzzing, I think that was the case because the bulb is much more brighter in the home depot dome, before it was yellow, now it's as bright as the t5 tube on the other side of the tank. I made an extension for the dome out of tin.
