My dragon who is 1.5 yrs old is acting very odd. Won't eat his greens which btw he has never really been big on...but loves superworms, horn worms ..any worms....he's not eating those either. He has gotten into a cave which in the 1.5 yrs I have had him he has never gone into. Now he has been in it for 2 days and will not come out and if I try to take him out he gets ugly. He is not the most social BD to begin ...well now he is extremely ugly. LOL....could this be burmation so soon? Lights are all the recommended uv/UVB , basking etc. temps are correct. Everything is the same as it has been and lights are all new.

sounds like burmation to me. Try not to pester him, a couple baths a week will keep him hydrated. Give him a soft blankie to lay on :)

He could come out in a few days, and decide a month from now to burmate again. I find that even though my enclosure is obviously temp. controlled, if it's a sunny warm day outside, then that is enough to get him up and out of bed, and if the temp drops again, he is sleeping again.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
