bump on left side of belly

my beardie has a bump on the left side of her belly
i cant really tell if its hard or soft
she has eaten a lot of crickets today and some brocoli since i ran out of greens last night
she ate some of the brocoli and she has had it before and lots of crickets as ive already said
however she hasnt pooped since shes still very active but she usually poops several hours after eating (in her water bowl none the less) should i be worried
is it just food she is still digesting or is it a impaction
i gave her a warm bath twice tonight and massaged her left side
any help would be great thanks

ok my first thought would be impaction, continue lukewarm baths just above her elbows (at least so her vent is underwater) and very gently massage her right underneath side from her armpit down to her vent, you could also try getting her to lick some unsweetened applesauce and put a couple of drops of olive oil on her greens, these 3 things should get things moving, if it doesnt budge then id recommend a vet visit because it obviously isnt something that can be passed.
in the meantime you may want to lay off hard solid foods, so maybe stick to soft bodied worms (wax, butter or phoenix worms) and her greens still at the moment until the lump improves or disappears. also broccoli is known for binding them up if they eat quite a bit of it so id keep that out her diet for now
when did she last poop? what did it look like?
how has she been acting? black beard or stress marks at all?
does she seem bothered wen you touch the bump, any reaction at all?

hey it turned out to be undigested brocoli
when i checked it several hours later it was alot softer
then after she FINALLY pood
it was gone
she now only gets extremely fine fine fine chopped brocoli when she gets it
