Bump on beardie's back

Yesterday I noticed a bump on my beardie's back. It is near his spine. Doesn't seem to be causing him pain but since he is my first bearded dragon I am concerned and not sure if I should bring him to the vet or not. I've been reading about MBD and I don't know if I am just being paranoid and seeing symptoms everywhere or what... So I've attached pictures of the bump and also of his eyes. Not sure if they are droopy.

We feed him crickets (dusted with calcium), phoenix worms, and silkworms (occasionally) three times a day. He also eats lost of squash (seems to be the only veggie he will eat consistently).

He currently has the ZooMed dual UVB (coil) and heat lamp. I know these are not the best and we are working on getting the correct bulbs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I can barely see the very slight bump, it's hardly noticeable. You would do well to make ir a priority to get better uvb bulb. He looks beautiful though, nice bright red leatherback. :)

You might offer a bit of extra hydration with a dropper, syringe or spray bottle to drip/lightly spray water on his snout. It may take a moment [ drip, stop, repeat ] but most beardies will drink that way every few days or once every 7-10 days for adults.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
