Bumbs under legs

Rufus is 2 yrs old and male. He has these bumps under his hind legs that I never noticed before. It actually seems normal bc they are small and there are 4 on both leg and placed symmetrically. Still does anyone else's beardy have theses and what are they?

They are probably phemoral poors. I probably spelled that wrong, but all dragons have them and in males they are more pronounced.

Thanks now I know. so what are phemoral pores? Is it a part of his genitalia or is it something that cools him down?
