Would a 100 watt mega ray and a 100 watt night emitter be good for a 50 gallon tank that is 12 inches tall?? My tank as of now is 18 inches tall and a 40 gallon tank and I am thinking of getting a less tall, and wider tank for my beardie. thank you.

The minimum distance for the MegaRay UVB is 12 inches. If you decide to use that tank, you may need to get a light holder to raise the light up a bit. Also, unless you are in a very cold area, the 100 watt heat emitter may be too much. Just be sure to use a digital thermometer with a probe to accurately measure your temps.
