Building enclosure; lighting?

I want to build an enclosure like the one here: http://www.arbreptiles.com/cages/3x2.shtml, but I'm not sure how to accommodate the lighting. Right now I have a wire clamp lamp on the side of the tank with a mercury vapor bulb, which I'd like to keep using, but I might consider switching to something else. What would you recommend?

They do easy step by step instructions and they even tell you how to setup an outdoor floodlight inside the enclosure. It does require some wire splicing with an extension cord so you can plug it into an outlet, but its super easy. I did it on the first try, first time ever. This floodlight fixure will also last longer than a clamp light, plus its weather proof.

I just recently did this enclosure and it sure is nice to have the ability to swivel and point the light where I want to get the proper basking temp.
