So my beardie is about a year old, he eats fine and he drinks water. He hasnt been eating greens at all lately, he only likes collard greens and i ran out of those so he wont eat the others. His tank has 3 hides in various places, two vines, and two areas where he can get closer to the light, so has plenty of options as far as heat goes. But he is constantly sleeping under his cool side hide. Why is that? He is still eating just as much and is just as ready to eat, but i have to move the hide and wake him up and show him the food. Then he eats, walks around a bit, basks for a little bit, then goes back to bed. Is he brumating or is he sicks??? He also looks like hes going to shed. He needs his nails cut, too, but i was waiting until he was acting normal again before cutting his nails. And his bowel movements were looking really funky for a few days and i was going to take him to the vet for those, but now they're looking normal again. And hes not dehydrated, he has a water bowl since hes not eating his greens as much as he should. Also, the lights are all fine. I want to get a bigger UVB, but the one i have does fine. His hammock is right underneath it so he can get very close to it, its right next to the basking spot which also has a spot he can climb on. Also, ive been giving 10 dubia roaches. It used to be 8 but he was acting like he was still hungry so i started giving him 10.
