Hello fellow beardie lovers...
My male bearded dragon is roughly 7 months old. While I am not 100 percent positive, I believe he is going through brumation. He is sleeping much more often (especially in the shaded areas of his tank), his appetite is much less aggressive than normal and therefor he doesn't poop much. I have a few questions:
1. Can I still take him out during the day, or will this interrupt something important?
2. How long will this last?
3. When should I begin to worry that it is not brumation and that he may be ill? I don't see him being ill because i keep everything very clean and feed him fresh food, but you never know.
To all future responses, thank you for the help.
