Brumation?

I know it is not that time of year, but could Buddy possibly be brumating? He is very lazy, sleeps a lot, has hardly pooped and is occasionally eating. I put him in water and he drank a lot. I forgot to mention that he won't really bask either. Thanks!

It's not likely he's in brumation. If you take him outside does he perk up?

Yes, I'm guessing he's still pretty young. The exact temp when the light is on is about 98, sometimes more.
