Brumation or no?

Khal Drogo Hussein O'Gradaigh, my fine beardie, doesn't eat much. He's been switched to dubias for a few months now, but he only eats a few, like less than 5 a week. He's about 10-11 months old,17.5 inches, weighs a good 350 grams, but I fear he isnt' getting enough nutrition. I give him Pedialyte/water because he just doesn't eat much, sometimes nothing for days. He also has days where he sleeps in, but otherwise he runs around energetically. He poops once every few days.

My question: is this ok? Is he in semi-brumation? Are dubias that filling?

Well I'd heard around here that they don't all full-on brumate, so I wondered if sometimes-but-not-all-the-time lethargy was his version of winter break. He'll spend a day or two sleeping in his turtle shell-hideout thing and then he'll come out and be himself again. Anyway, setup:

40 gallon tank, slate tile floor.
Hot spot- 110 degrees
Cool side- 75-80
Fresh UVB tube light
Humidity around 40%

He gets greens (kale or collards or mustard) every day and he's got a ceramic bowl of dubias. He doesn't eat often. He doesn't look emaciated or anything, but I still give him Pedialyte to be safe. I'm worried that he's not getting calcium/vitamins enough because he eats so sparingly.

Exactly what uvb bulb are you using?

The long kind, not coil....Reptisun 10.0 I believe. A 28 incher if I'm not mistaken. And it's less than 6 months old. And there's a hole cut in the lid mesh as well.
