broccoli rabe

Does anyone know if this is OK to feed as a regular everyday veggie? I bought a bunch of it at the grocery store the other day because their collards and mustard greens looked really old and wilted. Turns out Loki really likes it! I checked the beautiful dragon feeder website but did not see it listed.

Hey here's a link to the same question but under the name Rapini! (Rapini and broccoli rabe are the same thing )

But in short, okay very occasionally, definitely not as an everyday veg.
