breeding half brothers/sister

Before you freak out it is not any time soon and was just wondering I have a breeder near me that I'm really good friends with and he has a few new clutches but they are the same father there will be only about a month diffrence in age and I have done a lot of research and I'm still not doing it any time soon I'm just seeing if is okay and they will be diffrent clutches to
Please do not bag on me I'm looking for simple answers

no, your gonna want to get one from elsewhere. Being from different clutches doesn't really help, they still got half their genetic makeup from the same place. The only time I think this is acceptable is when pushing a new recessive trait and that usually ends up resulting in a weak line that has to be outcrossed extensively and strengthened over time to fix the weak genes from said inbreeding.

beardies are everywhere, so theres really no other reason to breed related dragons.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
