Breathing hard while eating/drinking

So I have done some reading about beardies breathing hard after/while eating and it's normal and helps them digest food? Is that true?

I've noticed when Buddy is eating or drinking water she will pause for a bit to breath hard. I don't hear any hissing but I can see her stomach inhale/exhale. She will continue to eat/drink then do it again. She doesn't do it with her greens, only with water and superworms. When I look it up on this site I mainly see other posts asking about it but no answers. The only answer I really saw was it's normal or it's a respiratory problem. :?
Any input?

Buddy is about 1 and a half years old, healthy, on the plump side (560grams, 18 inches).
Reptisun 10.0 Bulb, few months old.
Basking 100, cool 70, warm 85-90
Tile Substrate
Humidity is 40-50% (Reading from a cling on.. )

The humidity is pretty high. Do you have any water in there? I would take it out.

I have no water in there, never have. I can't seem to get the humidity down. The stick on gauge probably isn't accurate but I don't know. I don't know how else to read it. I don't want to make the temps any higher either because it took me awhile to get them to where they are now lol

I would message Drache613 (tracie) she is a monitor on here and knows a lot. She might know how to make the humidity go down

The only thing I can think of is a respiratory infection but there is no wheezing right?

Nope, no wheezing, her nostrils look fine, and she only does it while eating. She's fine other than that.

Maybe she is just eating to much at a time?

Only one of my females does that too. I have always wondered about it, but since she seems to be perfectly healthy otherwise, I didn't worry. She seems to ONLY do it when she's eating crickets and veggies. She just takes this big, audible breath then continues on eating. Does it every time. The humidity is always 0% according to my digital hydrometer/thermometer, so it doesn't seem to be a humidity issue. Hope we can get a clear answer as to what it is though
