I know that screens can filter the uvb out. I’m working on trying to figure out how to hang it in the tankhttps://www.homedepot.com/p/GE-15-ft-Cable-Ties-Hook-and-Loop-Spool-Black-10375/304220195

this is like a Velcro strap cut into strips wrap around the fixture --- is the screen a wide hole type or a fine mesh screen like a screen door ?

It should havent heard that they wont --- the fixtures are pretty light I am using it in my two tanks and I have not had any issues at all

You may haft to snip a couple of the wires in the screen to get it thru -- make sure your distance is it a T 5 ? or a T 8

I give my Baby Beardie Mealworms and she is fine. They say that you should not give them anything bigger that the distance between there eyes, if you feed them bugs that are too big, the legs or other parts scratch a part inside that causes it to bleed.

This is just some adivise and things you should do.
