Blood in stool

Hi,
My fiancée and I have two beardies. Housed desperately but eat the same diet.
A few weeks ago the one started having blood in his stool. Not really in the stool itself. More like at the end when he drags/wipes (whatever they do)
We took him to a vet and he did blood work and a stool sample. He said the blood work looked good besides a low white blood cell count. And he said the stool didn't show anything but it also wasn't very big so there wasn't much to go with.
As a trial he's being treated for coccidea and taking an antibiotic. He is getting his appetite back some but not like normal.
Now our second beardie is starting to show the same symptoms! The bad thing is we've been through 3 different cricket suppliers in the past couple months so anything it may be idk what company the illness may have came from.
They aren't positive the coccidea is the issue yet.
Anyone have any insight on this or even know how long from the time they may take in some sort of illness from a food it takes to show any sign of sickness like this??
Thanks for any help!

Hello,

Normally blood in the stool is usually associated with a heavy worm/parasite load which irritates the GI tract, causing some blood.
Are the urates hard or soft? Sometimes if they strain a little bit when going to the bathroom, it can cause some blood, too.
Are you using a UVB light & calcium supplementation?
Which antibiotic is he on? Since he is on meds, they can affect the appetite some. You can get some non dairy acidophiliz or non dairy soy yogurt flavored or plain, to help boost the appetite.

Yes we use a 10.0 reptisun 18 inch. Calcium dusted with crickets.
The antibiotic he was given is called baytril? Idk much when it comes to the medicines so I took the vets word for it.
The stools are a medium hardness right now. Not too soft or not too hard.
He does have some appetite now. But we are still force feeding critical care since his weight was down. He's has one more dose of the coccidea worming and has been taking the antibiotics since Friday. His mood and appetite are improved but still blood at the end of the stool.
Does anyone know how long it takes from the time he was possibly infested with the worms for it to get to this point? I would like to pinpoint which cricket supplier it would have came from if the crickets were the issue.
We sent out bigger stool samples to test yesterday since the first one wasn't much to go with. We sent one from each dragon.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
