Blood in poop after bath?

My beardie is a healthy active little guy (~2 yrs old) However, I've noticed whenever I give him baths he often has a little bit of blood in his stool the next few days, then it goes back to normal. I gave him a bath two days ago, he pooped with a little blood that day, yesterday, and today I noticed him trying to go, but nothing really coming out except for bloody looking water squirts?

Save for letting him drink and giving him baths, his poop is usually pretty normal. How come the blood comes only after a bath / drinking?

I was thinking of getting a fecal done, but I recently moved (the bloody stool after bath would happen at my old location as well) and I've read that you should allow them adjusting time before getting fecals done. I'm just a worry wart!

40 gallon tank, repti-sun 10.0, I've got him on non adhesive shelf liner. His basking temp's around 102-105 and I feed him crickets daily and greens. I change it up between collard, kale, mustard, and turnip.

I feel like I've got the setup / feeding part down (although I could dust with calc/vit more often than I do), I don't know what's causing it. . .

Yea I would try a fecal next. www.beardedgragon.co has them for pretty cheap and the ladies are really helpful.
