Bloated Throat

Hi,
This afternoon I went to feed my Beardie, Hero, and noticed that his throat/under his chin is kind of swollen looking. It doesn't seem to bother him but it looks like a bunch of extra skin. I gave him a bath yesterday and didn't notice it. Everything else with him and his tank is normal.
Anyone know what this could be?

Hello,

How old is your beardie?
Sometimes, they tend to hold food or fluids in their "beard" or gullet at times for whatever reason. When was the last time he ate & did he eat alot or drink alot of fluids prior to now?
What are your temps in the tank, & what type of thermometer are you using to measure the temperatures? A stick on type, a digital probe or a temp gun?
