black tip fell off of tail

Ok so last week i posted pictures of Izy's tail turning black at the tip and she had just shedded.

it never got worse or changed in appearance but yesterday it was there and i took the girls to the mall and ame home ( about 3 hrs) and the whole tip was gone ! She is a lone dragon in he cage nothing in it to hurt her. Do i need to take her to the vet to have her treated for tail rot?
here is a picture of it after the tip was off. I do not know if it fell off as i cleaned the whole cage looking for it or if he bit it off. her tail is darker from the tip to half way up but her tail always multi colored dark and light so i am not sure if it is something to worry about.

I would just keep an eye on it. Make sure the rest of the tail looks healthy. It is normal for a dead part to fall off.
