Black spots on dragon's beard!

Hey all, My 2 1/2 month old bearded dragon Ryu has started to develop some black colouring on his beard. I am unsure as to whether this is just his colouring coming through (he has shed 3 times since December) or there is another underlying problem, such as mites or a fungal infection.
Also, his tail seems to be a little darker than the rest of his body, and he has a couple of other spots of discolouration on his belly and foot. I'm probably just being an over protective mummy but I want to be sure before I drop $100 on a reptile vet consultation...

Also, ignore the red spots - he had been having fun with his capsicum. hahaha

My guys have had that sort of thing before and nothing came of them except that they were just discoloured scales but no medical reason behind them. Please just keep an eye on them, if they spread take him to a vet. Otherwise, see if the next shed gets rid of them.

I was worried it was leftover shed as it is right up at the root of his spines in his beard and that he may have not been able to shed it properly... If its not gone in the next week or so I'll go to the vet.. Just wanted to see if anyone on here has had anything similar

On his beard, that is just natural coloring. No need for a vet visit. Many dragons always have a little black under their beard spikes. Mine does!
