Hi Joseph....I see you have a pretty silkie there. If you Google silkback dragons, you will see that many seem to develop those spots as they get older. Their skin is totally different from a normal scaled beardie, so they need to be moisturized a few times a week. I don't think the spots are harmful, silkies are just more prone to blemishes + stuck skin, but never ever try to pull it or use anything abrasive. Many owners use " Udder cream" lotion, and others use aloe gel with NO alcohol. Be sure to pay attention to the feet/ toes. But I don't think there's any problem there, just some spotting.
