Black ()s on stomach

Freddie has black things on his stomach that look like () under his stomach. I don't know WHY they are there, but when he isn't at home his spots aren't there. I am getting a Reptisun 10.0 Tube UVB at the end of the month, but right now I am maintaining a random brand UVB bulb. His basking temps are 107-108, and his cool side is 70-80. He also gets streaks of black under his beard, but not a black beard. I haven't done ANYTHING to provoke him, or stress him. Can anyone help? And also, when it is colder he has no black marks.

Yes. I haven't done anything to stress him, so why does he have them?
